L'eau à la bouche - Mouth watering

The start of summer time always gives a desire for something that says, warm, sunny and relaxing, n'est-ce pas? Especially those of us that sit behind a desk most of the day and watch those rays stream in through the window.

Fuxia l'épicerie, a fabulous little franchise that does restaurant service, catering, food to-go, and all of it will leave you scouring the web for tickets to Italia when you head back to the office.

Juicy salads, pastas, wines and more to make your mouth water! Lunch salads that are generous in portion, range from 8,50€ to 13€.

Nine locations in the Parisian region will get you your fix, (non Parisians there are locations in Rennes, marseille, Lille, Tour, and Brest). I especially like the location in the 17th arrondissement of Paris, for it's lovely tree-line terrace and quiet place that gets a healthy amount of sun in the afternoon.
